Year 1–3 Educational Trip

We are pleased to inform you that learners in Year 1, Year 2, and Year 3 will be going on
an
educational trip to the Uganda Martyrs Museum, Kasubi Tombs, and
Kabaka’s Palace.
This trip aims to enrich learners’ understanding of Ugandan history and culture through
hands-on,
experiential learning. The selected sites provide valuable insights into our national heritage and directly
support topics covered in the Humanities curriculum.
To facilitate this experience, each child is required to contribute UGX 80,000.
This amount will cover:
- Transportation
- Entrance fees and tour guide services
- Lunch

Year 4–6 Outdoor Learning Trip

We are pleased to inform you that the school has organized an educational outdoor learning
trip
for learners in Year 4, Year 5, and Year 6, scheduled for Thursday, 23rd October
2025.
As part of our practical approach to learning, the children will visit several key
institutions
to deepen their understanding of real-world systems and processes:
- Fire Department – to learn about fire safety and emergency response.
- Bank of Uganda Museum – to explore the history of money and the role of the central
bank. - Hot Loaf Bakery – to observe the production process in a commercial bakery.
- Uganda Railway – to study the historical and modern importance of railway transport.
This trip aligns closely with current Humanities and Production Process topics, providing
learners with hands-on experiences that reinforce classroom learning.
Each child is required to pay a fee of UGX 80,000, which will cover:
- Transportation
- Entrance and guide fees
- Lunch
We look forward to an enriching and engaging day of learning beyond the classroom!
